1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your b9game account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may be subject to standard interbank processing times. b9game does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. b9game may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be approved. b9game reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

4.4 Funds Held in Your Account

Funds held in your b9game account are not interest-bearing. b9game holds all player funds in accounts separate from its operational funds. Funds deposited represent a credit on account to be used for wagering on the b9game platform only. b9game does not permit transfers of funds between player accounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

b9game may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 6. Gambling Rules and Betting

All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). All sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant event as officially recorded.

b9game reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, match-fixing or suspicious betting patterns, or incorrect odds or game configuration. Where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's b9game account balance.

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply across b9game games and sports markets. Limits may vary by game, table, market, and account tier. b9game reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the b9game Service, you must not:

• Attempt to access another user's b9game account without authorisation

• Exploit any software bug, vulnerability, or error in your favour — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided

Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and notification to relevant authorities where legally required.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
